Dhal
Poori / Delicious Vellai Poori
INGREDIENTS:
Idly rice or
boiled rice-2 cup
Toor
dhal-1cup
Red chilli-6
to 7
Oil for
frying
PREPARATION:
Soak rice for 2 hours
Drain water from rice
and mix toor dhal, chili and salt in to grinder and grind them by sprinkling
water, do not grind as paste. Should be more coarse.
Now mix sesame seed
which is optional.
Then use cotton cloth
and place a ball of flour and tap it round shape (Adjust the thickness
according to the puffy).
Now fry one by one in
oil.
Serve with tomato or
coconut chutney.
