இட்லி பொடி (Idly Podi)

Idly podi recipe

                 Home maker's all time convenient side dish , is obviously idly podi.

Ingredients :

Toor dhal.             -100 GMs
Channa dhal.        -100 GMs
Urid dhal.              -100 GMs
Red chilli.              -8 numbers or as per spicy                                    requirements
Fried grams 
(varukadalai).       - 1 tbspn
Ground nut.           -1tbspn
Sesame                   - 1 tbspn
Asafoetida.            -1/4 tbspn
Salt.                         - as per taste
Oil.                           - 1/2 tspn to roast.

Method:-
Heat kadai and pour 1/2 tspn oil.

Then add all the dhals mentioned above, roast it till become light brown.

Transfer them to a plate and then roast chilli, fried gram,groundnut,sesame asafoetida and salt one by one. 

Once the ingredients cools down, take a jar mixer, transfer them and grind it coarsely.

Delicious idly podi ready.
